    Fulfilment timelines for commissioned artworks may vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece. Any extended timelines will be communicated directly to you.
  • Delivery Timeframes
    Once shipped, domestic orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking Information
    A tracking number will be shared with you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Delays

    Due to the nature of original artworks and limited-edition prints, all purchases are considered final once payment has been completed. We are unable to offer returns, cancellations, or refunds on original paintings, prints, or commissioned pieces.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

    Slight differences in colour may occur due to individual screen settings, monitor calibrations, lighting conditions, and device displays. These minor variations are considered normal and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
